Information Spoon Weather uses
When you choose to use Current Location, Spoon Weather asks your device for location access so it can show weather for the place you are in. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings and continue using manually added cities.
The cities you save, their display order, and your app preferences—such as temperature units—are stored on your device.
Weather and place services
Spoon Weather uses Apple WeatherKit to retrieve forecast data and Apple’s location and place-search services to identify locations. Requests to those services are governed by Apple’s privacy practices and terms.
What we don’t collect
Spoon Weather does not require an account. The current version does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics, and Fika Bytes does not operate a server that stores your location history, saved cities, or weather searches.
Emails and support
If you contact us for support or send a feature request, we receive the information you choose to include in that email. We use it only to respond to your message and improve the app.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as Spoon Weather changes. The current version will always be posted on this page.
